Where practical to do so we will carry out a site inspection to establish the full scope of works to enable us to provide you with an all encompassing cost for the works being undertaken which will be fixed for 30 days from date of quotation.  We will use our QBO system to generate quotations which will be issued via email and the same system will generate order acknowledgements and invoices on completion of the works with payment required within 14 days of completion. The fixed price will be subject to no changes during the works but if these do happen which all to often within the domestic sector do then we will notify you of any associated uplift in cost against the agreed and quoted sum.

We can provide day rates on request but these will vary from trade to trade so typical a day rate for a low skilled activity such as basic landscaping will be less than the cost for skilled activities such as carpentry. As a rule we will not carry out works on a day by day basis as this is very difficult to control and with external works can be affected by weather conditions. Our preference will always be to provide a fixed price, lump sum costs including all labour and materials.

 

We do have an office based in the founders rear garden but also we are able to meet at our new offices in Rawreth. All vehicles, storage and accommodation is owned by the business so we don't need to pass these costs to our customers. We believe that we can provide very competitive costs as we do not own or pay rent on offices from a third party. Our founder and Managing Director, Nick Green has been in the construction industry for over 40 years and is a strong believer in collaboration and cooperation as well as ensuring that a high level of quality is maintained whatever the works entail from gardening to property development.
